Everything looking fine so far 
Update: have been running Nova on macOS 12 with M1 now for 2 days, no issues with Nova. There are plenty of unrelated issues in macOS 12, so I would not recommend upgrading just yet. (Docker is working fine as well, and Nova’s terminal is working fin in and out of Docker.)
