I have single file as index.php in project. When i search some text, it shows twice in search. I have attached screenshot of issue.
Mike @ Panic mentioned this is a known bug that makes files that are currently open appear in search results twice, and that it should be fixed with the next beta 
We believe this should be resolved in Nova 12b2, which was released this morning. If you are still seeing it after updating, let us know!
