GIST: Extension update notifier

Hi everyone! I wrote a small extension update notifier for Nova Rails and since is “extension agnostic” I thought someone may find it useful. Basically if the extension is updated in background the user will be notified and ask to see the Changelog. You can simple copy and paste it in you extension and it will work.
