More sidebar options or at least better styling in TreeView?

Hi again,

in general I would like to see more options for the sidebar than just TreeView as a main view - but I appreciate that would be (a lot?) more work unless something could be used from the way configurations are handled.

in the meantime would it be possible to extend the TreeView rendering capabilities to be at least at par with the Issues navigator, ie. multiline item texts and (markdown) formatting, or at least varying styles per level?

I also request treeview feature parity with the other built-in treeviews.

• Right-aligned icon in addition to the left-aligned icon
• Multi-line text
• Font options like monospace, bold, colors
• Checkbox items
• Ability to add other types of fields outside the treeview like buttons, dropdowns, text fields
