No release notes for Nova 11.10 are available at nova.app site.
Because it’s really simple update. According to information from Panic’s Mastodon profile, the only change is the option to receive editor updates to the Beta version.
The release notes for 11.10 are there, but they seem to be (alphabetically?) sorted between 11.1 and 11: Version History | Nova
