Task config should have entry to set "open report" option

Hi again,

tasks (config & and api) should definitely have a way to specify if/when reports are opened. Some tasks don’t make sense at all without output and it’s confusing for users to get no feedback.

this has already been requested back in 2021 by Control over task reporting but maybe it’s fallen through the cracks, or perhaps it exists but isn’t documented,

maybe you can bump the priority a bit on this small-ish task.
